Hi everyone:

Does anyone know what I could use to dissolve the following PLP 9-mer peptides (from Chiron, BNET technology)?

ASFFFLYGA
SFFFLYGAL
FFFLYGALL
FFLYGALLL
FLYGALLLA

Their hydrophobicity value is between 1.30 (first one) and 0.67 (last one). I need to test these peptides, in fact a total of 484 PLP- and MBP 9-mers, for epitope mapping on peripheral blood lymphocytes obtained from multiple sclerosis patients. So the peptide solvent needs to be highly diluted out, not to be cell-toxic.
Thank you so much.
