DNA SEQ: 3700 costs

Hello to all-

I've been asked to give an ball-park estimate of sequencing costs if we
move up to the 3700. I'm hoping someone can give me a rough estimate of
the per lane (or per plate) costs to run the 3700. Please let me know if
this is reagents only (such as reaction mix and capillary supplies) or
full-loaded with overhead and labor.
