DNA SEQ:3700 & PHRED

Hello all
We have been doing sequencing with 377s, and use PHRED to determine
sequence quality. We recently acquired a 3700, so the question I am
posing has to do with quality determinations of 3700 sequences. I see
that ABI has Factura for that, but since most people doing quality
determinations of sequence data "speak" PHRED rather thatn Factura, I am
wondering what others are doing. Will PHRED accept analyze 3700
sequences and assign quality scores?
