Iím looking for a modern information concerning synthesis,
purification and HPLC characterization of MAPS. I know,
there is a good tips article ´Analysis of MAPS Peptidesª in
ABRF News (March 1997), but we need some details. Can
anybody to share his experience in this field (especially
deprotection problems, BOC and Fmoc chemistry and HPLC
pictures of final products).
