Dear ABRFers
In the recent past I remember seeing( but not copying ) an
abstract detailing a particular problem with a specific
peptide-oligonucleotide construct. The abstract warned that the product of a
peptide which was highly positively charged when linked to an oligo formed
an insoluble product. The abstract, if my memory is correct, went to detail
conditions to solubilise the molecule. Is there anyone out there who is
working in this area and knows the article I am referring to-or has any
other advice for that matter.
