Hi,
I have used the Biologic FPLC system from Bio-Rad for 4 years (which
we bought to replace our old Pharmacia FPLC) and have found it to be a real
workhorse. We run at least 1 column a day, sometimes 3-6, and I have never
had a major problem with the pumps or software.
We've used flow rates as low as 0.2 ml/min. Also, I have recently
purchased a new system (Biologic DuoFlow) with increased pump capacity up to
40 ml/min for running some of the Perceptive media columns. If you want
