Hi, has anyone compared the efficiency of in-gel digestions after Pierce's
GelCode Blue stain vs normal coomassie staining protocol? Also, has anyone
determined if it is more sensitive when compared against the
isopropanol/acetic solvent vs the comparison with the methanol/acetic
solvent used in their advertizement?
