| The purpose of the Finance and Investments Committee is to suggest conservative investment opportunities for the funds of the ABRF. The goal of the ABRF is to have two to three years of operating expenses in these funds. Investments are allocated between money market , stock index, mixed, international and bond funds to meet a diversified, moderate-conservative portfolio. |
