Subject: Sequencing analysis with Solexa dataPosting this for a colleague... Is there a company/service out there that will take resequencing data already generated using a Solexa Genome analyser and find the SNPs??? How much do you charge? (Disclaimer - my knowledge of the Solexa is basically zero at the moment.....) Is there software out there that you can buy that easily allows you to do this? Can someone educate me? Thanks,
