Hi,

I would like to try some multistage activation ("Pseude-MS3") on
phospho-peptides on our Orbitrap. I have found where to click the bottom
"multistage activation", but then it asks for neutral mass losses (still
easy: -98,-49 etc). But when it asks for Product ion masses, I am lost ...
Would anyone be so kind and share his/her knowledge in telling an Orbitrap
how to activate multistage activation? I cannot get anyone from Thermo on
the line (friday afternoon, nice weather). and I really would liek to do the
testing this weekend.
