I would appreciate any experience with Direct Detect device  (Millipore)
you could share. We would be interested especially in protein assays of
samples going to 2D electrophoretic separations (i.e. in urea, thiourea,
detergents, DTT...). The Millipore web page shows compatibility with
urea concentration  up to 1M only. Thank you.
