The Education committee has again organized 4 education satellite workshops for ABRF2012!

This year's workshop on Next Generation DNA sequencing will focus on Transcriptomics and Methylomics!  Please join us at the workshop  "Epigenomics: Design, Implementation and Analysis for RNA-seq and Methyl-seq Experiments" on March 17th in Orlando.  Learn from the experts: (1) Anoja Perera, Stowers Institute for Medical Research,(2)Ting Wang, Washington University, (3)J.A. Jeddeloh, Nimblegen, Inc.
and (4)David Smith, Mayo Clinic, about these rapidly advancing fields that were recently highlighted in Genome Technology.
