Finance and Audit CommitteeThe purpose of the Finance and Audit Committee is to advise the ABRF Treasurer and Executive Board on the association's overall financial condition. ABRF investments are conservatively managed with the goal of maintaining sufficient funds for at least two years of operating expenses. In addition, annual gains, when available, are expected to supplement ABRF income for operations. Investments are allocated between money market , stock index, mixed, international and bond funds to meet a diversified, moderate-conservative portfolio. The Committee is responsible for identifying and recommending ABRF's independent auditors and overseeing the annual audit. The committee also reviews the ABRF annual budget providing input to the Treasurer. Prior Members: William Hendrickson - (Chair) Univ. of Illinois, Chicago, Emeritus
